RMA Request

4 Simple Steps to Repair or Calibrate

  1. Complete the RMA request form and provide as much detail as possible.
  2. An email will arrive shortly from AE technical support with your RMA number and shipping instructions. If additional information is needed, you will receive a call from a highly trained technical support team member to discuss. 
  3. Download the Equipment Decommissioning, Decontamination, and Declaration Form, fill out, place in box and ship your unit to the specified AE world-class repair center. Note the outside of the box with your RMA number.
  4. We will get your unit up and running as soon as possible and ship it back to you.
